Wendy joined UMass Lowell Career & Co-op Center in 2016. As Assistant Director of Experiential Learning Signature Programs, she oversees the Immersive Scholars and River Hawk Experience Distinction (RHED) programs.
Wendy is delighted to be at the forefront of programs that provide profound learning experiences outside the classroom. She enjoys working with faculty and staff all across campus and in the community partners in the greater Lowell area.
Out-of-Office Life
You can find her on the pickleball court, biking outdoors, and traveling as much as possible.

Anna Hohos
Program Coordinator, Experiential Learning
Office Life
Anna joined the UMass Lowell Career & Co-op Center in 2023. As a member of the Experiential Learning team, she works on exciting programs like Immersive Scholars and River Hawk Experience Distinction (RHED). As program coordinator, Anna helps students navigate an array of options to find fulfillment through research, international experiences, community connections, or other interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
What Anna enjoys most about these programs is how students use these initiatives to make meaningful connections between their academic work and their lives outside the classroom.
Out-of-Office Life
Anna loves spending quality time with her family, preferably outdoors. Her bucket list includes hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc, racing in the Henley Regatta, and finally learning how to downhill ski.

Rae Perry
Director, Cooperative Education and Experiential Learning
Office Life
Rae joined the UMass Lowell team in 2012. As the co-op and experiential learning director, she oversees the Professional Co-op, River Hawk Experience Distinction (RHED), and Immersive Scholar programs. Beyond management, she is dedicated to developing community partnerships to enhance these programs for our students. Before UML, Rae worked in public, private, and community college settings as an associate dean of students, academic planning director, and residential life director.
Rae has extensive experience in higher education, advising and leading students in career development and experiential education. Rae values the outstanding students, how they grow at this university, and how these programs benefit the overall UMass Lowell community.
